Job Title: Administrator/Engineer (ITSM, ITAM, Spend Intelligence, Discovery)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator/Engineer to support the administration, configuration, and implementation of Ivanti Neurons ITSM, ITAM, Spend Intelligence, and Discovery solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Ivanti Neurons and a strong background in IT service and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and implement Ivanti Neurons ITSM, ITAM, Spend Intelligence, and Discovery platforms.
- Gather and document business requirements for Ivanti Neurons implementation.
- Design, implement, and configure Ivanti Neurons modules, including but not limited to:
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Service Requests
- Asset Management
- Software/Contract Management
- Configuration Management
- Service Management
- Discovery & Reporting
- Work across multiple environments (Stage, Testing, Development, Production) to ensure smooth deployment.
- Manage daily ITSM tasks and initiatives effectively.
- Provide best-practice guidance on ITIL and ITAM processes for Ivanti Neurons implementation.
- Develop integrations and automation for data exchange, task automation, and system connectivity using methods such as CSV imports/exports, Connectors, Web Hooks, and Scripting.
- Train internal administrators and end-users as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on administration experience with Ivanti Neurons ITSM, ITAM, Spend Intelligence, and Discovery.
- 5+ years of experience configuring integrations using Web Hooks, APIs, CSV imports/exports, and other methods.
- Strong understanding of best practices in Service Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management.
- 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, business requirements, and solution diagrams.
- Expertise in process automation, technology efficiency, and best practice implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Certifications & Skills:
- Ivanti administration certifications (ITSM, ITAM, Spend Intelligence, and Discovery) Some required.
- ITIL certification (Preferred).
- ITAM certification (Preferred).
