We are looking for a strategic, passionate and analytical Insights Lead to join this team.
" The Innovation Insights Lead will work hand in hand with our product planners to deliver breakthrough customer insights that inform our computer hardware and solutions portfolio and pipeline. This role will champion a new agile insights process and guide product planners through iterative research approach and work with vendors to design appropriate methodologies. The Innovation Insights Lead applies subject matter knowledge, research acumen, and an innovation mindset to guide in building impactful innovation pipelines.
" The Innovation Insights Lead is a fast learner and has proven experience driving change across a global, complex business and customer context. Can handle a high volume of research projects and effectively manage vendor partners in executing research. This role shows strong leadership and drives influence to ensure integrity in the process and appropriate prioritization of projects.

Responsibilities
" Help run an agile Insights to Innovation process that occurs at high frequency across multiple Commercial PC product and solution areas.
" Translate business questions into insights projects that will inform strategic and tactical business decisions for our product teams.
" Provide agile insights, experiment design, and iterative hypothesis testing for multiple initiatives and business partners.
" Use innovative research and measurement methods to influence product strategy by carrying out quantitative and/or qualitative research.
" Lead and influence product development stakeholders on concept creation, proper research methods, interpretation and application of learnings
" Effectively engage stakeholders and communicate with great storytelling.
" Contribute to an insights-driven culture focused on learning, continuous experimentation, and upskilling capabilities.
" Distill insights and findings in unique and compelling ways to drive impact, scale, and influence throughout the organization.
Education And Experience Required
" BA or BS required .
" 5+ years in market research, marketing, or UX research roles.
" Experience with the design thinking process, designing research experiments, utilizing agile research methods and training product planners on best in class approaches to innovation development
" Ability to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations across a wide range of audiences.
" Ability to manage concurrent projects and deliverables.
Knowledge And Skills
" Knowledge in a variety of quantitative and qualitative market research methods (surveys, focus groups, ethnographies, social media listening, advanced analytic approaches such as TURF and Max-Diff)
" Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
" Experience leading and managing global, multi-faceted research projects or programs.
" In-depth knowledge of research vendor management, agency practices and procedures.
" Thorough knowledge of research methodologies/ practices.
" Excellent written and oral communications skills.
" Excellent influencing and consensus-building skills.
