Your future duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a Mid-level Appian Platform support analyst to support enterprise RPA initiatives involving Appian ??and Blue Prism.??
Responsibilities will include -
• Provide Level 2 support for Appian and other RPA applications in Production environment.
• Building pipelines for Provisioning resources and Automated code deployment on AWS environment.
• Provide Release management support including deployment and shakeout.
• Provisioning environment and configuring the application on the servers.
• Application administration including credential management and ensuring application security.
?Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Appian platform support, Release Management (Bitbucket, Gitlab, Jenkins, Pipelines), AWS deployment
• Skilled in Release Deployments on SaaS platforms such as Appian using ADM (Automated Deployment Manager) frameworks.
• Release Management - Strong Proficiency in CI/CD methodologies and tools such as Jenkins and Urban Code along with Nexus Repository.
• Skilled in Deployment of microservices (Java, Python) etc to ECS containers.
• Candidate should have hands on experience setting up Release pipelines on Repositories such as Bitbucket and Gitlab.
• Should have experience with Release Management activities such as setting up Deployment Runbooks, ensuring all Release deployment steps are in place and the stakeholders are aligned.
• Should have a solid understanding of AWS Infrastructure architecture – understanding of deployment to an EC2 and ECS containers.
• Extensive experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and Infrastructure Provisioning
• Proficient in Python Scripting Language.
• Excellent Problem-Solving and Communication Skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ?
