8.Responsibilities : - Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Develop detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business needs. - Oversee the implementation of new processes and ensure they align with business objectives. - Conduct regular reviews of Service Desk operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes. - Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the success of business initiatives. -Qualifications - Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Have 6 to 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, specifically within Service Desk operations. - Demonstrate proficiency in English, both written and spoken. - Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Have experience with data analytics tools and software. - Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Show a proactive approach to identifying and solving business problems. - Have experience in a hybrid work model. - Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Show a strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies. - Be familiar with industry standards and best practices in Service Desk operations.
