Job Description:
· 10+ years of proven experience in systems documentation to include source code,technical documentations including user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, computer systems operation guides and product specifications that increase the experience of the digital platform.
· Translate Developer documentation into a technical document for all to understand,including business users.
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information technology,Computer Science, or related disciplines.
· Experience working with other technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand.
· Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
· Strong research and analytical skills and very detail oriented.
· Experience developing large scale training for users on new systems or applications to include training plans, documentation, user guides, job aids, etc.
· Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
· Excellent technical writing skills and verbal communication skills.
· Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
Required/Desired Skills:
· Bachelor's degree or higher inInformation Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.

· Ability to analyze and document business system processes.
· Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirements.
