This is a SAP Utilities/ISU role; Candidate MUST have prior experience within the utilities domain.
JD:
Create comprehensive cutover plan for large scale SAP Customer Information System implementation
Manage Go-Live pre-planning, Mock coordination, and production readiness and cutover planning.
Create preliminary cutover schedule for dress rehearsals.
Conduct workshops on business preparedness for Cutover and ongoing operations and sustainment
Walk through of draft Cutover plan and any Cutover aids (e.g., system specific plans or guided procedures) required to execute Cutover. Update the Cutover plan with insights and actions. Can include updates to SOPs
Conduct Cutover Plan. Conduct lessons learned session and refine Cutover Plan. Issue revised Cutover Plan and updates to System Operational Procedures. Conduct KT sessions with key stakeholders.
Includes DR / Business Continuity / Command Center Approach for Cutover
Creation of Microsoft MPP program schedule with Cutover procedures
