The DECAL CAPS Client Contact Solution Project Manager will lead the transition of the current IVR system to a future state solution. This role involves project management activities including planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication. The position is remote, based in the Metro-Atlanta area, and requires a minimum of five years of project management experience, preferably with a PMP certification.
