Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced A e Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using AEM. You will collaborate with UX designers, content strategists, and back-end developers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and pages.
- Customize and extend AEM foundational components using Java, Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
- Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, DAM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Optimize site performance, ensuring scalability, high availability, and responsiveness.
- Build and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Work closely with front-end developers to integrate AEM with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Configure and manage AEM instances (Author, Publish, Dispatcher).
- Implement and manage AEM workflows, DAM, and personalization strategies.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and resolve technical issues.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
