Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. The Healthcare BA will work with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams to analyze business processes and systems within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, developing solutions, and ensuring that healthcare projects align with regulatory standards and improve patient care outcomes.
Qualifications:
- · Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- · 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry.
- · Strong understanding of healthcare systems (EHR/EMR), patient care workflows, and healthcare data analysis.
- · Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and other compliance standards.
- · Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex healthcare needs into clear technical requirements.
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- · Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and familiarity with healthcare reporting standards is preferred.
Must Have:
healthcare, cloud computing, and data analytics, specializing in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), HL7, FHIR, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Telehealth API integrations
Good communication with Client facing experience.
