We need to collect the RTR, Updated resume, 2 professional references and one of the state IDs. Artech recruiter will collect the RTR in BOA format so you can collect it in any generic format. Please check and validate that the candidates have not already been submitted by any other vendor to the above position. Let them know that Artech recruiter will ask for Full SSN as we will run re-hire check for all candidates before interview, even if they haven't work at BOA we need to run re-hire before submission for all. Also, for these Java roles candidates will have to do an online coding assessment i.e. Glider, followed by a video screening by Artech's recruiter.
