Job Title: IT Lead Analyst HCM - Workday Core HR

Does not need to have government experience but more than 15 years of IT experience.
And people with long term contracts experience is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
- System Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday's Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
- Provides in-depth knowledge of Workday and evaluates the business processes against the standard Workday functionality
- This is a highly visible individual technical role responsible for the outcomes and success of Workday Core HR teams that play a key role in delivering the stated goals of the organization.
- System Maintenance and Upgrades: Manage ongoing system maintenance activities, including system updates, patches, and upgrades. Ensure the system is optimized and functioning efficiently.
- Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the Workday system. Implement processes and controls to maintain data quality and resolve any issues.
- Process Design and Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize HR processes within Workday, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports and analytics from the Workday system to provide insights into HR metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users on Workday's Core HR modules. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operation.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and industry trends. Ensure system configurations and processes comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align system functionalities, processes, and data integration. Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Workday Core HR are preferred.
- Proven experience as a Lead or Manager in implementing and managing Workday's Core HR modules.
- Strong technical knowledge of Workday's Core HR modules, including configuration, integrations, reporting, and security.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive system implementation and enhancement projects.
