Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Learning Development:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for tasks such as anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and natural language processing (NLP).
Work with large datasets to train, test, and validate models.
Continuously optimize models to improve performance, scalability, and accuracy.
ServiceNow Integration:

Integrate machine learning models into ServiceNow to automate processes like incident management, service request handling, and predictive maintenance.
Utilize ServiceNow's built-in capabilities, such as the ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence framework, to integrate machine learning solutions.
Implement custom workflows, dashboards, and reporting within ServiceNow to provide actionable insights based on ML models.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, business analysts, and ServiceNow administrators) to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for machine learning to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Technical Skills:

Strong experience in ServiceNow development, including ServiceNow APIs, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and custom application development.
Proficient in Machine Learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks.
Experience with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
Familiarity with ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence and AI/ML capabilities integrated into the platform.

Programming & Tools:
Proficient in Python, particularly for machine learning tasks, including libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
