JOB TITLE: McCracken Admin

Summary
The McCracken Admin is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and operational support of the McCracken Strategy loan accounting platform. This role involves ensuring that the system is up-to-date, functional, and meeting the operational needs of the Loan Servicing Department. The McCracken Admin collaborates with business users and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, perform system updates, and maintain system integrity for efficient and accurate loan servicing.
Major Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and maintain the McCracken Strategy system to ensure optimal performance and usability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving system-related issues, troubleshooting errors, and escalating to the vendor (McCracken) as needed.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep the McCracken Strategy platform current and secure.
- Maintain and organize system libraries and configurations to align with the needs of the Loan Servicing Department.
- Assist in training users on McCracken system functionality and troubleshooting.
- Support the transition from Real Synergy to McCracken Strategy by participating in data migration, configuration, and testing.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other systems such as SnapLogic, DB2, or Salesforce.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations to maintain accurate and accessible records.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with McCracken Strategy Loan Servicing System in an administrative or support capacity.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient with McCracken platform administration.
- Basic knowledge of DB2, SnapLogic, and Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (especially Excel).
- Salesforce experience is an advantage.
- Commercial Loan Knowledge: Understanding of commercial loan servicing processes and systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
