Experience Required:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in mobile development
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
 
Job Description:
The Tech Lead refers to an engineer or developer who takes on a leadership role within a technical team. They are responsible for guiding the technical direction of the cell and ensuring that the team's work aligns with the Product team's goals and objectives. They have a deep understanding of the technology stack being used and provides technical expertise and leadership to the team.
 
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Lead by example and inspire team members to follow best practices and maintain a high level of technical excellence
Deep understanding of the technology stack and tools being used
Collaborate with architects and senior developers to design the technical architecture of the software
Take an active role in coding and development tasks, lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Conduct code reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior developers
Troubleshoot issues that arise during development providing guidance and solutions to the team
Maintain and update technical documentation
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Identify technical risks and issues early in the development process and take steps to mitigate them
 
Skills & Expertise:
Ability to lead and guide a team of developers, providing technical direction and mentorship
Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow their technical skills
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the relevant technologies and programming languages used in the project
Proficiency in managing project timelines, tasks, and resource allocation
Hands-on coding skills and the ability to contribute to the development of the project
Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure alignment and clear understanding of technical aspects
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, technologies, and priorities
Collaborate with product and designers, to deliver technical solutions that align with project goals and objectives
