DESCRIPTION OF SERVICESThis Systems Analyst 2 contractor position is part of the Texas Health and Human Services System Support Services team and will be responsible for providing administration and support of the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) application. The Worker will perform Systems Analyst duties that will include administering course settings and configuration, managing site files, working with program staff on adding new courses, if required, performing server-side administration, problem resolution and troubleshooting, and more.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Requirements:Years Required/Preferred Experience4 Required Hands-on experience as systems administrator of server-side applications or Software as a Service (SaaS) applications4 Required Experience with Windows Server Operating System4 Required Experience in administration and support of Moodle or other Learning Management Systems (LMS)2 Preferred Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization2 Preferred Excellent problem resolution and troubleshooting skills2 Preferred Solid teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff2 Preferred Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams2 Preferred Experience in Agile development and sprint planning
