Key Responsibilities:
  • Tactical support in the content review process for ServiceNow transition.
  • Potential to continue supporting content review efforts in SNOW future state.
  • Organizing information for content review.
  • Sending reminders for review.
  • Following up with content owners.
  • Article Update and Creation Support.
  • Primary respondent to requests submitted via the myHR Knowledge Intake process.
  • Triage and complete most requests for content.
  • Existing Analyst to support high volumes and complex requests.
  • MyHR Banner and Promotion Support.
  • Update and solicit for banner and promotion ideas for myHR in coordination with Analyst.
  • Banner creation.
  • Create and maintain an official content promotion schedule.
  • Organization of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Organize weekly KA Views reports to be saved for quarterly analytics.
  • Organize monthly myHR Search reports to be saved for quarterly analytics.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills: Project portfolio management.
  • Requirement gathering.
  • Salesforce Testing Support.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Tactical support for the testing process during regular releases.
  • Attend weekly meetings with SF Tech/Dev partners to stay abreast of updates.
  • Compile testing scripts for UAT.
  • Support UAT and Validation/Regression testing for SF releases.
  • SFDC Access Audits.
  • Conducting regular audits of access (quarterly/bi-annual).
  • Contingent Worker access.
  • Access exceptions (manager content, HR content, etc.).
  • Weekly reporting to myAccess.
  • Compile and send report of all myHR users with MARs to myAccess for reconciliation.
  • Tactical support to Analyst to keep track of BRDs and status updates from project leads.
  • Helps meet with project leads to gather information for BRDs (split with Analyst).
  • Responsible for organization of documentation within the SharePoint site.
  • Project Follow-Up.
  • Maintain a regular cadence of check-ins with project leads and product owners.
  • Send reminders for status updates to leads.
  • Coordinate with Sara and POs for status updates on tech work.
