Job Summary:
One of our direct clients is seeking two experienced Oracle Cloud EPM (Hyperion) Consultants to join their team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud EPM solutions and a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis processes within the Oil and Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, including Financial Consolidation and Close, Planning and Budgeting, and Account Reconciliation.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, configure, and customize EPM applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle Cloud EPM systems.
  • Develop and deliver training to end-users and provide technical support as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all EPM applications.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EPM solutions with other business systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor???s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Hyperion or Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, especially within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud EPM modules such as Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Account Reconciliation.
  • Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Cloud EPM certification.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
