Job Description/ Responsibilities
Seeking Performance Engineer with Tuning experience.
Define, develop and apply performance/scalability benchmarks.
Work in cross-functional teams to characterize, debug, and improve system performance and scalability.
Work efficiently with various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis.
Devise and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance impacts of system changes.
Plan and implement performance tests using an automated testing environment and conduct analysis of results.
Participate in architecture and design reviews of complex solutions in cross-team engineering efforts and own quality perspectives for the design.
Review code and identify performance bottlenecks.
What are the top 3 skills required for this role?
1.Performance testing using Loadrunner or other open source tools like Jmeter, Locust, Gatling
2. Performance Engineering skills in Java applications
3. Strong Programming knowledge in Java/Python

Able to handle the projects independently along with a team at Onsite/Offshore.
