Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the Pingsuite platform to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective utilization of Pingsuite tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize the benefits of Pingsuite.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Pingsuite with existing systems and processes.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with Pingsuite updates and new features, and recommend enhancements to the current setup.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Manage user permissions and ensure data security within the Pingsuite platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Pingsuite platform configuration, management, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Pingsuite's tools, features, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of system integration and data security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pingsuite certification or relevant professional certifications.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with other related software and platforms.
