Responsibilities include customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage of Dynamics 365, creating Power Apps, configuring business process automation, and participating in Agile SDLC. Preferred qualifications include PowerApps certifications and experience with DevOps in Power Platform. Responsibilities:

Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Customer Service modules.

Create and configure Power Apps and Power Automation.

Lead functionality discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.

Develop and document solutions for common use case scenarios.
