Position: Product Owner with Strong API
Location: Sterling, VA. (Remote)
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
• Drive vision and development of new products, features, and capabilities based on an intimate knowledge of customer, business, and technology
• Lead Consumer-wide strategic initiatives to drive business results, improve customer experiences, and increase agility in product development
• Writing, managing, and accepting epics & user stories in an Agile environment
• Drive products through development, testing and launch, advocating to achieve the best outcomes
• Write and prioritize features for new products and product enhancements, balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders
• Ability to manage and negotiate across internal partners, such as Web, Mobile, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance and more to define and pivot product needs
• User Acceptance Testing and QA responsibilities
• Partner closely with Technology teams and oversee end to end delivery.
• Deeply inquisitive, enjoys creative problem solving, has a strong attention to details and a can-do attitude and enjoys working at the intersection of tech and business
• Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, TestRail
• Experience working with partners to ideate and define business features in Rally or a similar tool; prioritizing features based on business / customer value and feasibility, conducting product owner test validations
• Ability to manage technical, regulatory as well as communication complexity in large multi-workstream initiatives
• general API knowledge (gRPC, Kafka)
• Demonstrated strategic thought leadership to develop and iterate the product roadmap and backlog ensuring global reusability
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
