8.Responsibilities: - Oversee the planning and execution of multiple projects to ensure timely delivery. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Salesforce Testing, AccelQ, Java, Cucumber, BDD, ALM, and GITHUB. - Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all project activities. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports. - Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project alignment. - Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success. - Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management. - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. - Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project outcomes. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. -Qualifications - Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Testing, AccelQ, Java, Cucumber, BDD, ALM, and GITHUB. - Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in program management or a related role. - Showcase strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Display proficiency in project management tools and software. - Demonstrate a track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work model. - Possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Have experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Exhibit strong leadership and team-building skills. - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
