8.Responsibilities : - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects involving DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Emerson Delta V systems. - Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. - Report and escalate to management as needed. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks. - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Ensure resource availability and allocation. - Provide direction and support to the project team. - Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. - Perform other related duties as assigned. -Qualifications - Possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Have 6 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically with DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Emerson Delta V systems. - Demonstrate strong technical skills in DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Emerson Delta V systems. - Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Show proficiency in project management software tools. - Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Display the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Possess the ability to work in a hybrid work model. - Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning. - Be able to work independently and as part of a team. - Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges. - Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a project team.
