Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data-Driven Data Strategy Program Manager to join our team. As the Data Strategy Program Manager, you will be responsible for generating and driving project plans, ensuring successful execution of data-driven initiatives, and optimizing data management processes.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for data-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
· Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging your strong leadership skills to motivate team members and drive results.
· Produce timely and accurate status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) required; advanced degree preferred.
· Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex data-driven initiatives on time and within budget.
· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
