Required Skills:
• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to technology platforms, including upgrades, optimizations, and new feature rollouts.
• Innovation Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological capabilities.
• Technical Debt Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to address technical debt, improve platform performance, and minimize long-term system maintenance costs.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources across teams to ensure project requirements are met while maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks related to platform stability, tech debt accumulation, and innovation initiatives, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track project KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing regular updates on progress to senior leadership.
• Key Platforms: Familiarity with Salesforce, Mulesoft, AWS architectures.
• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
