Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
Administer and configure Salesforce applications, ensuring they align with business requirements.
Manage Salesforce user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
Customize Salesforce to streamline workflows, create reports, and manage data.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Salesforce functionality.
Implement and maintain integrations with third-party applications and data sources.
Identity and Access Management (IAM):
Oversee user authentication and authorization within Salesforce, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and manage federated identity integrations.
Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for secure user access to Salesforce.
Develop and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure users have appropriate access levels.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to audit and ensure IAM policies are being followed.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Developer certification.
Experience with IAM solutions like Okta, Azure AD, or Ping Identity.
Familiarity with scripting languages like Apex, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
