Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Customize Salesforce CRM for the sales, service, and marketing teams, ensuring it aligns with business goals and processes.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools, data lakes).
Develop reports, dashboards, and workflows that provide insights into customer data, sales performance, and other key metrics.
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to ensure system configuration and settings are optimized.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintain security compliance.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code to meet the company’s requirements.
Provide technical expertise and assistance in the implementation and execution of Salesforce projects.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and project managers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new tools, and industry trends to propose improvements and innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes.
Proficiency with Salesforce tools (e.g., Salesforce Lightning, Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Apex triggers).
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of data modeling, object-oriented programming (OOP), and cloud computing.
Ability to work with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Equal
