Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and Lightning components to meet business requirements.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning web components (LWC) to create scalable solutions.
Ensure the integration of Salesforce with third-party systems and data sources using APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
Machine Learning Integration:
Develop and implement machine learning models that integrate with Salesforce applications to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Use ML techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, classification, clustering) to build models that improve customer experiences, sales processes, and other business areas.
Integrate ML models and algorithms into the Salesforce platform via custom components, APIs, or other integration methods.
Work with data engineers and data scientists to refine and deploy ML models that serve specific business objectives.
Utilize Salesforce Einstein and other AI/ML tools to build intelligent features in Salesforce applications (e.g., Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Bots).
