Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Design and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform based on business requirements.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration tools.
Write and optimize SOQL queries to retrieve data efficiently.
Implement triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous operations to enhance system functionality.
Ensure that the code is optimized, scalable, and maintainable.
Perform data migrations and data management tasks as required.
Quality Analysis & Testing:
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality of Salesforce applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
Automate repetitive testing tasks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or other Salesforce testing tools.
Ensure the delivered Salesforce solution meets quality standards and requirements.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of Salesforce applications and recommend improvements.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth delivery of features.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, testing procedures, and deployment guides.
Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospective meetings to improve team performance.
