Job Description :


Key Responsibilities:

  • System Inspection and Audit:

    • Perform regular inspections and audits of Salesforce data, configurations, and customizations.
    • Identify and resolve data integrity issues, ensuring the accuracy of records and fields.
    • Review and troubleshoot issues with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and automation (e.g., workflows, process builder, and triggers).
  • System Optimization:

    • Analyze Salesforce processes and suggest improvements for efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
    • Implement and monitor system enhancements to optimize performance.
    • Collaborate with developers to create solutions for system issues or to enhance functionality.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
    • Respond to incidents and system failures, ensuring quick resolution of any issues.
    • Assist in debugging issues related to custom development and third-party applications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct testing on Salesforce updates, new features, and integrations before deployment.
    • Ensure that all system changes are thoroughly tested and meet business requirements.
  • Collaboration and Documentation:

    • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations for improvements.
    • Document inspections, issues, and resolutions.
    • Provide training and support to users on Salesforce best practices.

      • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
      • Knowledge of data migration and backup processes.
      • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and security protocols.
