Job Description/ Responsibilities
Gather requirements, involve in fit/gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business requirements for enhancement and implementation projects.
Utilize SAP knowledge and expertise to analyze complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
Analyze critical issues and defects and provide SAP solutions accordingly.
Prepare functional detail specification, user manual for reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements and provide detailed knowledge transfer and extensive user training.
Customize IMG settings for various sales documents (quotations, contracts, sales orders, outbound deliveries, picking, packing, shipment, and invoices), Availability Check, Credit Management, Material Listing/Exclusion, pricing including Condition Types, Condition Tables and Access Sequences, and Maintaining Pricing Procedure, Creation of Condition Records, Special Pricing Functions such as Condition Exclusion etc.
Perform unit, functional, integration and regression testing of various business scenarios and involve in UAT testing.
Work with business users to resolve any issues/queries they have related to sales order to invoice data, customer master data, material master data and customer-material information record.
Support and direct the team whenever they need to complete their task/enhancement. Also, support frontline team to resolve Service now tickets.
Create user stories for problem tickets and new requirements, assign the JIRA tickets to the team, manage the sprints, and track the work improvement.
