Professional
· 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration required.
· 7+ years of experience with IT Industry required.
Academics
· Certified System Admin is a must.
· CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer preferred.
· One Mainline certification is a must.
· CMDB, Performance Analytics certifications preferred.
· ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
