Strong emphasis on Web and Mobile App experience!
 
  • Doesn't want to see resumes more than 3 pages.
  • Would ideally want to see certifications.
  • Really understands project management - Agile and PMI
  • In the interview, he asks very specific questions surrounding PMI, PMP or PMBOK then scrum kanban so someone who knows these concepts well.
  • Would like to see risk management and stakeholder management exp as well.
  • Someone who has been involved from the beginning all the way to the go live/deployment of an app.
  • NOT someone who has been working on all internet tools he wants to see software exp on multiple platforms, mobile apps and web apps so someone with a technical understanding in the software industry user facing applications.
