iZeal, Inc. is currently seeking a System Analyst - RIMS for our client's requirements. The salary depends on experience.
Position: System Analyst - RIMS
Location: Remote.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing applications (C#, VB.NET, ASP, SQL, Angular) to understand functionality, business logic, and data flow.
- Document current application architecture, including modules, components, and dependencies.
- Identify and document integrations or touchpoints with other systems or applications, outlining data exchanges and integration methods.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Provide recommendations for improving system efficiency, performance, and scalability based on analysis findings.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, flowcharts, and integration maps.
- Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines.
- Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes or enhancements to ensure minimal disruption to existing systems.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing C#, VB.NET and ASP applications.
- Strong proficiency in C#, VB.NET and ASP programming languages.
- In-depth knowledge of system analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data mapping.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred) and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
- Ability to create technical documentation and diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
- Knowledge of health care industry
- Able to perform gap analysis of code
- Able to perform reverse engineering of code
Desired:
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA) for project management and software development

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
