We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator with experience in Dollar Universe and BMC Control-M implementation and administration. This role is crucial for supporting the conversion from Dollar Universe to BMC Control-M and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conversion Support:
    • Assist in the conversion process from Dollar Universe to BMC Control-M.
    • Provide expert support during the transition to ensure minimal disruption.
  • System Maintenance:
    • Perform complex support tasks related to information technology, applications, and servers.
    • Conduct analysis, installation, testing, and maintenance of IT systems.
    • Manage operations, respond to service outages, and resolve other IT-related issues.
  • Integration and Monitoring:
    • Ensure effective integration of various technology elements to support end users.
    • Monitor software and servers, ensuring proper administration of software licensing and updates.
  • Security and Disaster Recovery:
    • Configure, maintain, and monitor security access control systems.
    • Collaborate on disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts.
    • Oversee backup and restoration of data to ensure high system availability.
  • Decision Making:
    • Make decisions regarding work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, with minimal direction.
    • Follow established guidelines and procedures, receiving guidance where needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of corporate IT experience with general networking and server knowledge.
    • Proven experience with Dollar Universe and BMC Control-M implementation and administration.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability to make independent decisions and interpret work assignments.
    • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • **Experience with IT infrastructure projects, particularly in system transitions and upgrades.
  • **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • **Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
