| REQUIRED SKILLS | - Hands on experience as a Data Engineer
- Hands on experience leading multiple, large-scale, Data Migration projects from On-prem to Cloud (Azure)
- Experience with Data Projects and Road mapping experience.

| Duties/Day to Day Overview | - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Responsible for developing testing and deployment plans.
- Responsible for leading testing (tracking defects, ensure the correct technical resource is resolving the issues).
- Must be comfortable with communication and presenting to Sr. Leadership.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

| Top Requirements (Must haves) | - Need a PM that is seasoned with large scale deliveries
- Moving/migrating On Prem data to the cloud
- Previous snowflake and stream sets experience is ideal
- Technically dangerous enough
- Strong coordination with a project plan absolutely necessary
- Agile is a methodology NOT an excuse to be free and wild
- Very focused on documentation
- Checking the box and checking it twice
- VERY HEAVY ON PROCESS
- If the process is followed as it should be there should be little to no hand holding
- Do it right the first time
- Scope Creep needs to be escalated
- Remove blockers
