Job Description :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, including desktop, server, and network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows server environments.
  • Experience with network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and iPad MDM Support.
  • Proficiency in managing and supporting Windows environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
