Job Description/Responsibilities
- Understand the EDW system, artifacts & processes to handle the project deliverables.
- Good understanding of production support process
- SLAs are very critical, response and resolved incident tickets with in SLA
- Participate in the KT sessions from development team as part of transition to support
- Participate in weekly production support deployment activities
- Closely monitor incident tickets assigned to EDW support till the closure
- Flexible to work after hours and over the weekends as needed for the support
- Support experience with GCP
Required Qualifications
- Overall 10+ years of IT experience
- Overall 5+ years of experience in production support in Data warehousing ETL projects.
- Hands-on experience on the tools listed under the Primary Skills column.
- Good work experience with Teradata & utilities
- Must understand software development methodologies including waterfall and agile.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
