Immediate need for a talented User Experience Designer. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in McLean, VA (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Key Skills; UX/UI Designer - Required
  • Figma - Required
  • Prototypes - Required
  • User Testing - Required
  • Lucid Chart – Nice to have
  • Research and/or Service Design– Nice to have
  • Community Finance
  • UX/UI screens for the COMET (our underwriting platform) construction workflows to facilitate funding requests / approvals. Workflows like (with some level of discovery and user testing):
  • Input Construction Data
  • Request Fund Draw / Disbursement
  • Review & Approve Request
  • Rebalance Budget
  • View Construction Summary
  • Requirements
  • Independent designer who can take general instruction and produce screens, prototypes and conduct some User Testing as needed.
  • UX/UI mostly, with strong Figma and prototyping skills (must have)
  • Some Research and/or Service Design skill set (nice to have)
