The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data projects and a proven track record of successfully managing support and development projects in Data, ETL, Visualization, D365 F&O, D365 Commerce. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage distributed teams both onshore and offshore. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on Azure Data or D365 or ETL or all PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Proven ability to manage distributed teams and work effectively across different time zones. Data Pipelines, Data warehousing, Data Modelling on Azure Data Platform. Experience in design and development of Data pipelines and ETL using ADF, Databricks to move data from relational/structured/semi-structured data from source to Data Lake to Data Warehouse, on Azure Experience working with Data Lake,Experience in Data Modelling Competency: Solutioning Work with Technical Architect, Customer team to envision solution/ implementation roadmap. Contribute and guide the discussion to arrive at optimal solution for given customer problem statement Social Skills Should be able to have a meaningful conversation, build a rapport at all levels with the customer Project Management Should be able to handle all attributes of a project - Scope, Timelines, Cost, Quality, Resources, Risks and Communication Management Taking Ownership Should be able to anticipate, articulate and take ownership of customer s concerns and track it to closure Strategic Thinking Should be able to think strategically, analyze data and present various options to the senior management/exec level Team Player Should be able to collaborate with the multifunctional customer and WinWire team Job Description : WinWire technologies is looking for a Technical Manager to manage Azure Data specific customer projects as a Technical Leader for efficient and effective execution of projects. Technical Manager (TM) will lead customer projects and will provide thought leadership to customers and role where she/he has led the design/implementation of several complex data-oriented solutions on Azure Data Platform with multiple integrations and reporting needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Competency Demonstrate Thought Leadership in discussions with business partners to ensure delivery of the most effective solutions for the identified business objectives Must have worked on several (at least 5+) projects building solutions for Data Pipelines, Data warehousing, Data Modelling on Azure Data Platform. Experience in design and development of Data pipelines and ETL using ADF, Databricks to move data from relational/structured/semi-structured data from source to Data Lake to Data Warehouse, on Azure Experience working with Data Lake, Synapse on Azure; Experience in Data Modelling Experience with Azure/ SQL Server and extensive experience with SQL programming Experience in building scalable high performance reporting solution using Power BI, in both shared and dedicated capacity Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: o Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for both onshore and offshore teams. o Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Technical Leadership: o Provide technical guidance and support to both onshore and offshore project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and best practices. o Collaborate with technical experts to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for project implementation. Stakeholder Management: o Effectively communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, clients, and team members. o Manage expectations and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success. Team Management: o Lead and motivate both onshore and offshore project teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results. o Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing across distributed teams.
