Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Support Operations Team on a 5-month contract. This role involves analyzing, documenting, and presenting high-level system processes to support our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Salesforce Service Cloud expertise, excellent business process documentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex workflows into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and document current Salesforce environments, with a focus on Service Cloud.

Develop flowcharts, diagrams, and detailed documentation to clearly illustrate workflows and support processes.

Analyze and interpret undocumented system setups and configurations to provide insights to stakeholders.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate communication of system processes.

Create high-quality presentation materials using tools like Lucidchart and PowerPoint for leadership.

Perform data queries on Salesforce databases to extract and analyze information as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Salesforce Expertise: Strong admin-level proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, with experience in workflows, process builders, and flows.

Business Analysis: Proven experience documenting and communicating system processes effectively.

Database Querying: Familiarity with querying Salesforce databases using SOQL or equivalent tools.

Communication: Skilled in presenting findings clearly and engagingly to stakeholders.

Documentation Tools: Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, Confluence, or other process documentation and presentation software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components for troubleshooting and analysis (coding not required).

Familiarity with tools like Asana and PowerPoint.

Background in customer support operations or technical support environment
