We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize and configure Salesforce features, including but not limited to workflows, validation rules, process builder, and Apex code.
Integration:
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement effective and scalable solutions.
Salesforce Administration:
- Administer Salesforce environments, including user management, security settings, and data integrity.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce applications, addressing user issues and troubleshooting system errors.
NoSQL and Integration Tools:
- Utilize NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) to enhance data storage and retrieval capabilities within Salesforce solutions.
- Implement and manage integration tools such as MuleSoft to ensure efficient communication between Salesforce and other systems.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and quality assurance, to ensure successful project delivery.
Best Practices and Documentation:
- Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce solutions through thorough testing.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of successful project implementations.
- Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II, are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and their application in Salesforce environments.
- Knowledge of integration tools such as MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes.
