Solution Design:
Design and recommend best-practice solutions based on client business needs.
Configure Salesforce Health Cloud, create and refine complex data models, and implement business process automation.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize Salesforce's user interface widgets and tools (such as OmniScript and Lightning Web Components) to create efficient and effective user experiences.
Develop and manage workflows that read/write data from Salesforce object storage and REST APIs.
Certifications and Qualifications:
Good to have Salesforce Application and System Architect certifications.
Experience in customized Salesforce service cloud integration with CTI, ERP, and legacy systems.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and administrators, to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
