Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain integration solutions between Salesforce and Jira using APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, ensuring data consistency and synchronization between Salesforce and Jira.
  • Customize Salesforce and Jira to align with business needs and ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Document integration processes, workflows, and best practices.

  • Required Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with Jira or other related platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, and development (Apex, Lightning, etc.).
    • Familiarity with Jira administration, configuration, and workflows.
    • Experience with APIs, REST, SOAP, or other integration technologies.
    • Proficient in using integration tools like MuleSoft, Zapier, or Workato.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integration-related issues.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, etc.)
    • Jira certifications or advanced Jira project management skills.
    • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for integrations.
    • Knowledge of database management and SQL.
