Job Description :

Role: Salesforce Manager (will not be hands on unless need to jump in. Architect who wants to be a manager is fine here)
Duration: 3-6 month CTH

Location: Plano, TX (3x a week hybrid) Local candidates
Rate: 90 an hour C2C
Interview: 2-3 rounds
Few pointers:

  1. Excellent presentation and communication skills, as this person will be representing me with my Business stakeholders.
  2. Salesforce Service Cloud is a must, and 100% technical to showcase delivery excellence.
  3. Strong Management skills and a Thought leader in Salesforce Service Cloud. (Service Cloud is the most important)
  4. Build relationship with different cross departments, cross collaboration, Product Owners/Managers
  • Experience managing multiple teams (onsite/onshore) and own the delivery.
  • Technical skills are listed below:
    • Hands on experience in Apex and Lightning web components.
    • Utilize standard Salesforce out of the box and Lighting Web Components functionalities:
    • Utilize App Exchange
    • Increase out of the box functionality, minimum customization, enhanced security
    • Leveraging Back Office Data via Salesforce Interface
      • Consume External APIs
      • Expose Salesforce APIs
    • Salesforce out of the box reports and dashboards
    • CRMA knowledge
    • Deployment process
      • Review Code
      • Approve PRs
      • Deploy code to higher orgs
      • Troubleshoot issues with deployment
