Position Description:

  • The Client has an immediate need for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead Developer to join our Health Care client in one of our selected client locations. Candidates are required to within the proximity of the assigned Client location and work in Hybrid model.   • This position can be performed in a hybrid model from Bloomfield, CT or Lafayette, LA.
  • Your future duties and responsibilities
  • The Salesforce Developer is responsible for the product planning, design , develop and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including discovery, creating value propositions and working closely with product , engineering, design, and testing to ensure business needs are delivered in timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications based on client needs.
  • Set up new Marketing Cloud Business Unit and configure basic settings.
  • Establish user roles and permissions for secure access.
  • Design and create data extensions for storing subscriber and campaign data.
  • Configure Email Studio for email creation and sending.
  • Configure Journey Builder to automate customer journeys.
  • Create automated workflows in Automation Studio.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems and migrate data.
  • Use AMP script, SSJS, and API integrations for advanced customization if needed.
  • Design and build per specifications for different personas using the app.
  • Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment.
  • Responsible for developing of new features, maintenance, and enhancements of existing functionality.
  • Foster and maintain best practices and coding standards.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Bachelor's Degree with at least 8+ years of experience in:

  • Eight plus years' experience with end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation, integration and enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud features and functionalities.
  • Proficiency in AMP script and SSJS for dynamic content and automation.
  • Experience with data extensions, data imports, and data exports.
  • Ability to create responsive email templates and landing pages.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of designing specific functionality around Marketing Cloud.
  • Minimum three years of experience within the Healthcare industry
  • Development of custom objects, fields and formulas, custom reports, and dashboards.
  • Integration experience with other Salesforce applications and external systems.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS and development processes and methodologies.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining validation rules and custom workflows.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations
  • Demonstrated expertise on architecture best practices, design patterns and design trade-offs on internet and cloud-based platforms.
