Position Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. This position will be based in a hybrid work environment, with presence required in both St. Louis, MO, and NC. As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Salesforce development initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce development teams.
- Architect scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications.
- Drive the adoption of Agile development methodologies and best practices within the Salesforce development team.
- Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security guidelines, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems, leveraging API Management tools and other technologies.
- Perform code reviews, identify areas for optimization, and implement performance enhancements.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Advanced Developer or Platform Developer II Certification, with verification capability.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification, with verification capability.
- Extensive experience (13+ years) in Salesforce administration and development.
- Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and source control in Salesforce projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with teams across different locations.
- Experience with Section 508 accessibility requirements and automated testing development is a plus.
