Job Description :

Duties/Responsibilities:
Advanced in design and development to deliver high-quality reports and dashboards
Strong communicator, able to develop and deliver training sessions to expand end-user fluency in Business Objects
Maintaining existing reports with fluency to analyze and modify BO Universe structures and documents to meet business needs
Ensure alignment with the industry best practices and latest technologies
Work with the development team and provide technical guidance and mentorship
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation

Required Experience (Minimum):

8+ years of experience information technology roles of increasing complexity
3+ years of experience in software development with SAP Business Objects, Web Intelligence
2+ years of experience working in a training or mentoring on SAP Business Objects
Strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development
Experience with writing SQL Server Queries for debugging
Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience training and mentoring end-users on SAP Business Objects and guidance when developing ad-hoc reporting
Experience developing training documents for in-person training, or self-paced references
