Job Details
· As a Sr. SAP Functional Consultant, you will :
· Participate in developing functional requirements, testing, training, and implementing applications.
· Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analysis to align information technology with business objectives.
· Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance clients business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
· Design, configure, and test various SAP modules.
· Manage SAP implementations.
· Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client's needs.
· Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
· Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards.
· Take responsibility primarily for the successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
· Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provide direction and leadership.
· Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
· Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
