Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design and implement solutions for SAP US Payroll and Benefits.
  • Configure and customize Payroll schemas and rules to meet the business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end US Payroll solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues related to US Payroll and Benefits.
  • Support and enhance Payroll Control Center (PCC) functionality (if applicable)
  • Conduct system testing and data validation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and deliver process documentation.
  • Stay updated on SAP updates and legal requirement impacting US payroll, Benefits and Year End activities.
  • Review the released BSI cyclic/TUBs to identify the impact.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hand-on experience in SAP US Payroll, Benefits, Taxation and Year-End activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of US Payroll, Benefits, Garnishment and Year-End W2 generation configuration.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support.
  • Familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of US Payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • SAP certification in HCM or Payroll (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in integration with Success Factors Employee Central or other HRIS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM
